The power of attorney should include the following contents: information of consignor and consignee, name of port of origin and destination, box type, name, gross weight, volume, date of shipment, etc. 2、Booking the space After we receive the power of attorney, we will make booking to the shipping company, and choose the best route according to the requirements of the principal, and inform the principal in time after the successful booking. 3、Loading cargo The fleet will obtain the equipment handover order and pick up the container from the yard to the principal's factory for loading or the principal will send the goods directly to our designated yard or warehouse for packing. 4、Customs declaration The principal will provide the customs declaration information to our company, and our company will forward the customs declaration information to the customs broker for audit, and after the audit is correct, the customs broker will make export declaration to the customs, and the customs will release the goods after the examination is qualified. 5、Bill of lading confirmation According to the power of attorney, we will make the bill of lading and confirm the bill of lading with the principal to ensure the accuracy of the bill of lading content is consistent with the requirements of the principal. 6、Payment Our company will send the bill of lading confirmation to the principal, and the principal will pay the relevant fees to our company after confirming the accuracy. 7、Sign the bill of lading According to the requirements of the principal, the bill of lading will be issued. 8、After the goods arrive at the destination port, the consignee will be notified to pay the port charges of the destination port, and the consignee will arrange customs clearance and cargo pickup by himself. |
